最美的时刻
不知不觉本学期已经接近尾声，和孩子们在一起的快乐太多太多，课堂上、兴趣小组里以及课下，那些幸福的画面一幅又一幅。
‘兴趣小组’是学校为每位孩子定身打造的兴趣课堂，孩子们可以根据自己的喜好选择学习，包括语、数、外、音、体、美等功课类、科学类、乐器类、武术类等等，本着一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切，每天下午第三节课开展学习。根据工作安排，1月15号各科兴趣小组展示。
为了迎接这次展示，孩子们群力群策献智慧，因为进行了无数次，我感觉在设计和编排上已经黔驴技穷了，真有点难住了，我就问孩子：你们能帮助范老师设计队形和动作吗？孩子三个一簇，五个一群在那里设计编排，看看他们认真的样子真像个导演似，既可笑又感动，他们是爱这个集体，才那么认真；他们是把我当成的朋友，才那么有心，如今在孩子们的真诚帮助下和我的精心指挥下，我们出色汇演结束，我给孩子们照了相，记住他们精彩的这一幕，留下最美的时刻。

展示时孩子出色的表现，表现的比我想象的要好很多，平时孩子练习时总有小打小闹，我总是大声呵斥，不是不爱他们，是怕他们学不会，对不起孩子、家长，今天看来，孩子们我错了，原来你们都会了，我还让你们反复练习，都让你们失去激情了，孩子们响亮稚嫩的声音飘绕所有老师的耳旁，看到领导、老师们开心的脸庞，是对孩子无限的点赞。特感谢那些默默付出很少谋面的家长们，他们积极配合老师的工作，看，孩子穿着干净的校服，戴着鲜艳的红领巾，有型的发型，是他们默默的付出促成我和孩子的无限快乐。
这次展示孩子很快心、我也很满意，也为明年的新学期新计划而反思自己，明年一定深入了解学生心声，以高效率、优步骤、多容量的方针教学，让我们的‘阳光英语’走的越来越远、越来越精彩。
