在我的环境下，“出现内部错误”是这样解决的：
点击 编辑->首选项（或者使用快捷键Ctrl+K），在弹出的页面里面选择JavaScript，勾选 启用Acrobat JavaScript，不勾选 JavaScript安全性 下面的两个选项，勾选 出现错误和消息时显示控制台。
