在eclipse里面跑main的时候，如果Util依赖某些VM变量 那就在Debug Configurations/Run Configuration 里面的Arguments tab，在VM arguments里面填入需要的-Dchi.resources.root=B:/resources-Dchi.content.root=D:/depot/content_xxxx/app
