在win7 64-bit下安装oracle11g在解决

问题后，随后又出现了问题:
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
无法解析指定的连接标识符的错误，求解决。

可能是PL/SQL不支持64位的操作系统，我用SqlDeveloper3.0试一下！
