resin 热部署
resin3.0中
在resin的配置文件resin.conf中的<web-app>内添加<redeploy-mode>manual</redeploy-mode>，如下：

<redeploy-mode>manual</redeploy-mode>
<web-app id="/" document-directory="/home/file/test"/>
</host>
只适用于方法名类名没变的情况
