Notepad++启动时提示load langs xml 错误的解决
解决很简单，道理一样，方法两种：

1.在Notepad++根目录下，找到langs.xml，删掉，重启Notepad++
2.删掉langs.xml，复制一份langs.model.xml，改名为langs.xml
