在MS CRM中对Marketing List 成员使用Mail Merge来生成信件
假设我们有一个成员类型为contact的marketing list。现在我们要给这个marketing list里的每一个成员发一封信。信的内容要根据收信人的不同而不同。这时就可以用上CRM的mail merge功能了。
打开marketing list的form，在Add tab中，点击Mail Merge on List Members。
然后将生成的word文档保存在本地电脑中，打开，Enable Content，Add-Ins， CRM，选择contact， ok， Preview your letters， complete the merge。
