关于农历转公历基础资料表的问题
看到插入的基础字段都代表什么意思啊，有点不懂请指点：

1900,'0x04bd8',19416，其中‘1900’代表时年份，‘0x04bd8’和‘19416 ’表示什么？？请高手解答。
