windows7 访问OEM时报错
各位，我在windows7 下访问Oracle 10.2 OEM时，在使用命令emctl start dbconsole时，报如下错误：

Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ...发生系统错误 5。
拒绝访问。
出现这个错误后，在登陆OEM时,显示如下错误：
数据库错误
Io 异常: Unknown host specified
