apache启动问题，启动httpd失败
今天本人在linux上启动Httpd服务出现如下错误：
启动 httpd：Syntax error on line 3 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/mod_fastcgi.conf:
FastCgiIpcDir /tmp/fcgi_ipc: access for server (uid -1, gid -1) failed: read not allowed
不知道是什么原因，希望大家可以帮帮忙。
