那些方法都是WinLib这个library里的呀。为啥不懂呀？

public static native int getHwnd(String title);应该是得到windows的窗口句柄
public static native void toFront(int hwnd);将windows的窗口置前
public static native void flash(int hwnd);让窗口进行闪烁
public static native void noSizeChange(int hwnd);最小化窗口
