ORA-01031:   insufficient   privileges


我想登录进来，启动例程，现在登录不了了。

[解决办法]
internal的方式已经淘汰了，
标准作法：
c:> set oracle_sid=xxx
c:> sqlplus /nolog
conn / as sysdba
