分页存储过程改错，希望大侠们能给点意见

asp页面调用之后，提示where后面有语法错误， 经过测试分页算法实现这部分没有错误，是前面返回总记录数那里出错，方法都是一样，不知道为什么会错误。
请广大网友帮忙出个主意，我这个分页存储过程要不要把它掰成两半写，因为得到总记录数的话，执行一次就可以了。
要不要在前台调用的时候调用两次数据库，一次是执行总记录查询，一次是进行数据查询，等分页的时候，就可以不用再进行总记录查询了。异或是在这个存储过程中加个开关变量，来确定时候执行总记录查询
