sortSelect(from) 应该是个给下拉框选项排序的 函数 用于重新初始化

from.selectedIndex = -1 就是让from中的选项都不被选中

sortSelect要看函数的定义，应该是对该select里的option排序。
from.selectedIndex =-1将该select的选项都置于不选中状态。
