Andrea Wiegelmann
born 1969, trained and worked as an architectural draughtswoman,
studied architecture at the University of Technology, Darmstadt,from 1996 work as journalist, including db - deutsche Bauzeitung,from 2000 editorial board of DETAIL, from 2002 editor.Numerous architectural textbooks and articles.
Walter Stamm-Teske
born 1948,
studied architecture, degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna,from 1976 own practice, with focus on economical and communicativehousing estates, and construction within existing built fabrics,1981-83 assistant, 1985-88 head assistant in the Department of City and ResidentialConstruction at the Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich,1985-89 city councillor in Kaiserstuhl, board of construction,1986-89 lecturer at the School of Design in Basle,from 1993 professor for design and residential construction at the Bauhaus University, Weimar.Numerous research projects and publications on residential construction.
Lars-Christian Uhlig
born 1969,
studied architecture at the Bauhaus University, Weimar and in Glasgow,1998-2006 research assistant at the Bauhaus University, Weimar in the fields ofresidential construction and public relations,from 2006 consultant to the Federal Office of Building and Regional Planning,in the Department of Built Environment, Architecture and Urban Planning,research and advisory positions for various residential construction projects.Numerous publications and exhibitions on architecture.
Patrick Jung

能够拥有一栋属于自己的住宅对大多数人来说仍然是人生中最重要的目标。联排住宅和半独立式住宅是对独立式单户住宅的一种经济且更加生态的替代，它们对年轻的家庭来说也更加易于实现。而且，选择在城区居住又重新变得流行起来。不只是年轻人、单身族和那些不要孩子的丁克家庭更经常地滞留于城市中，那些希望自己的孩子得到更好的照料，开车来往于市内与郊区的人们也是如此。成行的联排住宅，例如在一些原有的住宅小区内的联排住宅，就能够满足这些住户既拥有自己独立的房屋，同时又具有居住于城市的优点。这种选择也开始被越来越多年纪更大的居民所认同，他们的孩子已经长大离开了家庭，他们需要一个不受干扰的环境，拥有完善的服务设施。在这种背景下，城市中的空地就变得更为重要了。它们的确需要有人来开发，即使居民们紧张的预算情况常常与投资者短期的经济效益目标不一致，这也通常不利于城市的可持续发展。
