内容简介 During the compiling process, this Standard not only absorbssome relevant contents in the similar domestic and internationalstandards that are suitable for the application of hydraulic concrete inChina, but also emphasizes the characteristics of mass hydraulicconcrete. With the advancement of hydraulic concrete technology, theuse of admixtures and additives has become more and more popular, and widespread attentions have been paid to the durability of concrete. Therefore, changes of stipulations in this Standard are more focusedon the use of admixtures, and additives and the durability of concrete.

序言 This Standard is established according to The Notice about the Planof Establishing and Revising Electric Power lndustry Standard in2002 (Doc. No. 973[2002] of the former State Economic and TradeCommission). Some of the contents in this Standard are in theappendixes of Test Code for Hydraulic Concrete (SD105-82). In orderto meet the requirement of development of hydropower and waterresources projects and to reconcile with the development of similardomestic and international standards, this Standard is establishedbased on the widely collected opinions.
During the compiling process, this Standard not only absorbssome relevant contents in the similar domestic and internationalstandards that are suitable for the application of hydraulic concrete inChina, but also emphasizes the characteristics of mass hydraulicconcrete. With the advancement of hydraulic concrete technology, theuse of admixtures and additives has become more and more popular, and widespread attentions have been paid to the durability of concrete. Therefore, changes of stipulations in this Standard are more focusedon the use of admixtures, and additives and the durability of concrete.
The Standard was proposed by the China Electricity Council.
The Standard is under the jurisdiction and explanation of theTechnical Committee of Standardization for Hydropower Constructionof Electric Power Industry.
文摘 6 Selection of Basic Parameters for Mix Design
6.1 water-cementitious material ratio
6.1.1 The water-cementitions material ratio shall be determined bytest according to the design requirements for the concrete strength, and shall comply with the stipulations in DL/T 5144.
6.1.2 The water-cementitious material ratio shall also meet thedesign requirements of impermeability and frost resistance grade. Theimpermeability and frost resistance grades are related to types ofcement, water-cementitious material ratio, types and contents ofadmixtures and additives, curing age and so on. For the large andmedium projects, the relevant curve shall be established by test andthe water-cementitious material ratio should be determined accordingto the test result and meet the requirements of the designed technicalindices. If test data are not available, the water-cementitious materialratio for anti-freezing concrete should be determined according to thestipulations in DL/T 5082, based on frost resistance grade and themaximum aggregate size.
6.1.3 For the concrete mixed with additives, the maximum water-cementitious material ratio shall be lowered appropriately anddetermined by test.
