The Salt Peddler And His Donker
One day , a salt peddler (小商贩) drove his donkey to the
seaboard(海岸) in order to buy some salt . There was a
stream on their way home. Once ,the donkey fell down
by accident .When he rose up ,he felt his load much lighter
than before ,as the water melted(溶化) the salt.
The peddler went back to refill a sack of salt again. When
they went across the stream ,the donkey fell down on purpose
in the same spot.
The peddler saw througt his trick(把戏) and drove him for
the third time to the seaboard. He bought some sponges
instead of salt . The donkey played the fool again to fall down
on purpose ,but the sponges became swollen(膨胀) with water
greatly increasing his load . Last time ,the load on his back
became a double(倍) !
盐 商 和 驴 子
一天，盐商赶着他的驴子去海边买盐。回家的路上要经过一
条小河，一次驴子不小心跌到了，站起来后它觉得身上的负荷
轻了许多，那是因为水溶化了盐。
盐商又折回去，重新装满一袋盐，当他们过河的时候，驴子
又故意在同一个地方跌倒。
盐商看穿了驴子的把戏，再一次来到海边，这次他没买盐而
是买了一些海绵。驴子旧伎重演，到河边的时候又故意跌倒，
可是海绵吸了水，开始膨胀，重量陡增。最后，驴子背上的负
荷比原来重了一倍！
寓意 ：弄巧成拙！
