ora-01092错误怎么解决？

startup upgrade
这种也启动不了，错误
ora-24324,ora-01041
这两个错误有解决方法说是监听的实例信息没找到，重新登录就好了，可是我重启服务器都没好

undo表空间不存在
手工创建一个undo表空间或者修改参数文件
