struts-config.xml没有design视图，怎么回事？
这几天都为这个烦恼，求大神帮忙解决。我的myeclipse中做struts项目已经add struts capabilities，但是出来的struts-config.xml没有design视图。 struts myeclipse

右键，open with看看，现在可能是用xml editor
话说：
1 窃以为，struts-config手写反而方便，尤其是有大量雷同配置的时候
2 我逮着机会就会劝诫大家放弃me的使用
