 安装失败，怎么解决

[解决办法]
当您停止或暂停托管 Microsoft Windows 服务时，如果该服务停止或暂停过程所花的时间比已配置的时间长，就会报错。
要解决此问题，需要获取最新的 Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack。
