修复google shopping插件不断提示“Google Shopping synchronization process is running”
magento 版本：v1.6.1.0
Google Shopping 版本：1.7.0.0 stable
使用了v1.7.0.0的google shopping一段时间后，在添加产品的时候显示了“Google Shopping synchronization process is running”，一直处于同步进行中的状态。
开始，在进入数据库修改了状态 （update core_flag set state='0' where flag_code='googleshopping';）。提示信息消失，同步按钮可用，可是再次执行同步的时候
也会重复上面的情况，显示 “Google Shopping synchronization process is running”。
后来在插件页面的评论上找到方法，说这个是google shopping v1.7.0.0的bug问题。于是就把当前安装的google shopping移除，安装上Mage_GoogleShopping-1.6.0.0
