VSTS Error 30177
错误信息 ： TF30177 ： Team Project Creation Failed
Error
TF30224: Failed to retrieve projects from the report server. Please check that the SQL Server Reporting Services Web and Windows services are running and you have sufficient privileges for creating a project.
Explanation
The Project Creation Wizard encountered a problem while creating reports on the SQL Server Reporting Services on 172.16.4.203. The reason for the failure cannot be determined at this time. Because the operation failed, the wizard was not able to finish creating the SQL Server Reporting Services site.
说说之前的情况
创建VSTS后，建了一个网站，很好用。做了个Ghost文件 一直就再没用过
之后再用时就不能创建项目了 用Ghost文件还原 也还是出这个错误 谢谢指点

很可能是你的Reporting Service的密钥失效了，那个密钥在安装完了之后应该第一时间备份的。

在安装的时候应该配置过报表服务的账户，可能是这个账户的密码过期了
