Crystal Reports Export to PDF
I have a report that has a papersize requirement of 7x5.4(cm) and I need to export this to PDF. We are currently using the export to pdf functionality within Crystal rather than using a pdf printer. Although the crystal report shows up the correct page layout and size...when we export to pdf it defaults to 8.5 x 11. This would typically not be a problem for a normal printer...but this is going to a print vendor with specialized equipment and they require the pdf to be in the exact paper size.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I would prefer to stay with the Crystal Export functionality but I am open to a pdf printer if this can solve the issue.

Can you try to set your default printer's page size to required (7x5.4(cm))

you default printer's must have (7x5.4(cm)) type,if no ,you can not print it.
