方法一直接重新解压eclipse压缩包，然后一切环境都重新配置，恢复到原始状态

1、去到安装目录下，如（C:\Program Files\IBM\TeamConcert)
2、拷贝eclipse.ini
3、编辑 eclipse.ini 然后移除以下两行:
-startup
plugins\org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.100.v20080509-1800.jar
4、重新启动eclipse
