win2008R2会自动关机
找到Windows Licensing Monitoring Service服务
是这服务在作祟

这服务是Windows软件许可状态。
使用C:\Windows\system32\wlms\wlms.exe程序关闭系统
日志中显示是他为你关闭电源。


可是这个R2是已经激活的，为什么这软件许可过不去呢。
希望能有人帮帮

以下是对 Windows Server 2008 R2 Evaluation 的描述，注意粗体部分。

Evaluating any version of Windows Server 2008 R2 software does not require entering a product key, however will require activation within 10 days. Failing to activate the evaluation will cause the licensing service to shut the machine down every hour (The 10 day activation period can be reset five (5) times by using the rearm command, which is the same with how to rearm Windows 7).
Once activated, the evaluation will run for 180 days. After this time, user will need to uninstall the software or upgrade to a fully-licensed version of Windows Server 2008 R2.

可是这是刚安装的，已激活的版本。
公司里别人装的这个没问题。

我把wlm删了，机器也就瘫 。。。

使用以下代码作成.bat文件保存后，在启动完成windows 2008 R2之后，以管理员身份运行就可以解决问题
taskkill /f /im wlms.exe
ping -n  4 127.0.0.1
shutdown -a

第一行是强制结束（注意一旦结束会要求重启，不理会），最后一行是取消重新启动
