eclipse4.2安装Properties Editor插件
help->install new software->在work with输入:http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/
在下方出现的name项勾选? PropertiesEditor点next->然后同意后继续直到要求重启即可。
右键打开properties文件时候就可以选择打开方式查看了。
