Sybase IQ 迁移表空间 sp_iqrelocate
1、首先将表空间的属性修改为 Relocate模式
（属性分为read Only ,Relocate,Read Write ,一般为Read Write模式)

2、执行 sp_iqrelocate 'database'; OK
