需求来了，与证券机构的接口对接，用到了Webservice
弱弱的不知道怎么操作，记载下来
新建webservice,这是提供外部接口调用的接口。
处理wsdl，如：http://127.0.0.1:8181/transactionService/services/transactionService?wsdl
新建webClient
new -- others -- myeclipse -- web services -- client..
输入wsdl自动生成访问的xml
根据接口文档，调用以及拼写soap
