C#程序报错--在线急等
各位好：
写的一个C#程序，在一个用户的电脑上出现这个问题，别人没事，还有这个人的电脑上上打开的时候，有的界面会报下面的错误，有的界面可以正常运行，请指导下怎么整下
另外：程序依赖.netfreamwork是2.0，他的电脑上也是2.0

[解决办法]
文件c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\machine.config 行134有问题，看一看。
