Pascal Long joined CRM On Demand group as soon as he joined Perficient GDC in Apr 2010. He started working for Broadcom CRMOD project since June 1st 2010 right after he finished the CRMOD training. As Offshore Lead, Pascal trained his team and worked closely wth US team to apply the iterative development and deliver quality functional extensions and integrations. As of today, Broadcom CRMOD project is the most complicated, largest as well as challenged project we've worked on. We didn't see any significant issues and risks during the project execution. Pascal demonstrated technical solutions design, implementaiton and delivery capabilites as well as strong leaderships. He helps Peficeint to win the appreciation from client. During the Broadcom CRMOD project, he also took the responsiblities to coach other junior members to deliver other CRMOD projects, e.g. Vertafore CRMOD, iBasis CRMOD, Cypress CRMOD Demo to Client. He becomes a key contribiutor of GDC CRMOD group. When the Broadcom CROD project stepped into UAT, Go Live/Production Migration phase, he was identified as single person to work. Again, he was immediately selected to join Stryker CRMOD project as offshore lead since his excellent result from past projects.
