解决ubuntu下Chrome浏览器访问HTML5 File API: Directories and System抛SECURITY_ERR异常问题
必须在命令行启动Chrome,启动时带参数：--allow-file-access-from-files

具体步骤：

1.切换到root用户:sudo -i
2.进入Chrome安装目录：cd ../../opt/google/chrome
3.修改文件权限：chmod 777 google-chrome
4.返回普通用户:exit
5.进入Chrome安装目录：cd ../../opt/google/chrome
6.使用命令启动chrome: ./google-chrome --allow-file-access-from-files
