从备份的移动硬盘里拷贝出Eclipse 启动报错：

造成原因:原来的IDE是在windows XP下进行的。配置信息与windows7 不一样。此次移植到win7下进行开发。

解决办法：
1. 删除configuration 目录
2. 新建config.ini 文件
