下载VC7运行库文件 MSVCP71.DLL、msvcr71.dll ，把这两个dll放到C:\WINDOWS\system32下，重新启动操作系统就可
以了。
我们在解决过程中，还安装.Net 3.5的框架，感觉没什么用。最重要的是上面的两个dll.
