PersonServiceBean类里面 没有为dataSource对象 提供set方法
[解决办法]
同意，看看你PersonServiceBean这个类的dataSource这个成员变量，有get set方法吗，注意的是，这个成员变量必须是dataSource，大小写必须一致，getDataSource，setDataSource，Spring是把成员变量首字母大写再Get Set的
