能在 web 使用 ftp 客户端更好  

文件大小一般在 700M 左右 

要稳定 速度快

大容量数据传输，web.config修改方法
增加 <httpRuntime executionTimeout="900" maxRequestLength="102400" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="false" />
这样就可以解决你的超时问题。
