为什么在jboss中可以，在tomcat中不可以？
我做了一个Helloworld的struts2的小实例，在jboss环境中，
输入http://localhost:8080/StrutsTutorial/helloworld/HelloWorld.action
结果正常

可是在tomcat下：
输入http://localhost:9090/StrutsTutorial/helloworld/HelloWorld.action

却是报：
type Status report

message 

description The requested resource () is not available.


[解决办法]
说明所要求的资源无法使用
