sql中怎么根据汉字的拼音首字母查询？
必如有一个表pactinfo结构如下：
ID pactname
1 正常
2 中国
3 做饭
4 加发
我现在在想要查询pactname的第一个字母是 Z 的，就可以把“正常”“中国”“做饭”查询出来，sql怎么写？
