winform publish问题，请各兄弟提个醒
之前项目发布没有任何问题
后面加了一些东东，现在本机编辑运行没有任何错误
但在发布时，产生如下两个错误及4个warning
Error1Cannot publish because a project failed to build.
Error6SignTool reported an error 'Key not valid for use in specified state.
Warning2Could not match culture 'en ' for item 'Microsoft Data Access Components 2.8 '. Using culture 'zh-CHS ' instead.
Warning3Could not match culture 'en ' for item '.NET Framework 2.0 '. Using culture 'zh-CHS ' instead.SmartClient
Warning4Could not match culture 'en ' for item 'Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0 '. Using culture 'zh-CN ' instead.
Warning5Could not match culture 'en ' for item 'Windows Installer 3.1 '. Using culture 'zh-CHS ' instead.
