使用VBScript脚本打开TCP和UDP端口
以下是MSDN里面的示例程序，请问讲的是不是开端口啊？小弟没学过VB和VBScript，如果不是，请问在MSDN里面哪里有讲开端口的。小弟要编码实现用程序开端口。如果以下代码是讲开端口的话，那么请哪位大虾帮忙在关键的地方注释下，不胜感激！

[解决办法]
这个打开端口是指在防火墙上允许访问例外。
