2009年托福网考日期公布(2009 TOEFL iBT Test Dates Announced)

　　2008年10月21日，中国北京——美国教育考试服务中心（ETS）合作伙伴中国国家教育部考试中心（考试中心）已于近期开始接受中国大陆地区2009年TOEFL网考（TOEFL　iBT）考试报名申请。

　　通过考试中心积极的网络建设和优化，目前已经确定将于2009年在中国大陆各地115个考场举办32次考试，报考名额将达到13万，比去年同期增加了30％。教育部考试中心还将继续与ETS协调增加考试次数并深化网络建设，扩充考点数量和考场容量，以满足考生日益增长的考托需求。

　　每次考试报名将在考前3天截止。根据以往的报考情况，每次考试截止前通常仍有空余名额。为避免考生集中上网报名造成网络拥堵以及产生不必要的转考退考费用，希望考生根据自己的考试安排，错开时间上网报名。

Beijing, China (October 21, 2008)─Educational Testing Service (ETS) and China’s National Education Examinations Authority (NEEA) recently opened 2009 calendar year registration for the TOEFL iBT in mainland China.

Through NEEA’s proactive efforts in network construction and optimization, 32 tests in 115 test sites have been confirmed for 2009, with the total registration quota to reach at least 130,000, an increase of over 30% compared to seats planned at this time last year. NEEA will continue to coordinate with ETS to further expand test centers and seats in China to meet students’ increasing demands.

Registration closes three days before each test.Past experience shows that there are usually seats remaining up to the registration deadline. Students do not need to register unnecessarily far in advance.To avoid internet delays and unnecessary fee refunds, students are encouraged to register closer to their individual test dates.
