读音：
S，S，S（身体扭动着向下蹲做S的动作）-- [s]，[s]，[s]（做撕东西的动作）-- seven (右手伸出，头向右垂下，做7的动作)；
T，T，T（双腿并拢，双臂平行地面伸展）-- [tə:] ,[tə:] ,[tə:]（手指向外弹东西）—tea（喝茶的动作）。
