Responsibilities & Achievements:

1.        Advise and counsel all levels of directors, managers, and supervisors, concerning policies and practices, organizational structure, and division goals and objectives.

2.        Collaborate with North Asia HR Director and GM, providing regular reports.

3.        Staffing comprises:

1)        Manage & Track national staffing status and make sure the hiring cost, progress and hiring quality is in accordance to the budget and business plans;

2)        Provide guidance to supervisors about the completion of job role definition forms and advert templates and advise them of the correct authorizations;

3)        Assist supervisors with recruitment campaigns, candidates review for all key positions, involving in all rounds interviews and providing candidate feedback to business, co-ordinating recruitment process with global staffing team and RPO headhunters;

4)        Oversee, recruit, interview, evaluate, recommend and communicate employment offers for all positions in cities of accountability;

5)        Improve internal transfer process and encourage talent transfer between BUs as a preferred career development path.

4.        Training comprises:

1)        Ensure the quality and efficiency of training plan by supporting Cooperate training team to collect BU’s general training requirements and help to trace training feedback;

2)        Cooperate to outside training;

3)        Follow-up the training target and result for key position;

4)        Ensure appropriate training for supervisors and managers on employment legal issues, employee development, and management leadership skills.

5.        Handle the daily HR operation independently; give HC report, turnover report to global HR BP and business manager, co-ordinate to maintain HRIS and joining & exit procedure.

6.        Provide advice to supervisors about the performance management matters and assist with the processes and incentive budget control.

7.        Monitor and analyse turnover and retention data, develop and implement initiatives to address retention issues and manage turnover.

8.        Interface and partner with ACS service share groups (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Shared Services and Legal).

9.        Work with C&B team to roll-out and implement remuneration activities, work with C&B Specialist to obtain data to support recommendations (Enrollment package, severance pay and annual incentive, salary increment, etc.).

10.    Employee Relationship:

1)        Good initiative and leadership to handle cross-functional projects & trouble shooting;

2)        Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with designated representatives who are represented by Unions and/or Work Councils and participate in contract negotiations, resolution of grievances;

3)        Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs that provide employee services, counselling and direction on personal and employment issues, and communications on company values, strategies and goals;

4)        Consult with management on personnel-related matters, policies and procedures, employee development and training needs;

5)        Spend time on the floor each day communicating with employees, assessing and measuring employee satisfaction;

6)        Conducts site visits to evaluate the employee relations climate and submits timely report of findings and recommendations;

7)        As necessary, investigate and recommend action on critical incidents, Non-Harassment complaints. Involve Loss Prevention on all L.P. issues and other International Operations Guide violation.
