This isn't necessarily an easy flow of a read, but it is transformative. If you're looking for a true, powerful, personal shift as opposed to just another self-help or strategy book, pick this up and don't put it down until the end!

I have used this book for many years in my consulting business. Have designed workshops and exec coaching methods from its content. Aware of the work of Werner Erhard? Tracy Goss obtained permission to use a lot of Werner's material in putting this together. If you work in the domain of culture change and leadership, get this and absorb its content, then put it into practice.

This book is great if you are keen to better understand the value of coming from a place of 'nothingness' to create a better you, work environment, leader ... or anything. I can see the value in these concepts for corporations and that is just who it is written for. However, be prepared to not be looking for an instant quick fix. These concepts are anything but that. Great book. You can tell the authors didn't just throw it together. Well planned out and very well written. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who is looking to really 'up their game'.

This book, and Steve Chandler's "17 Lies", would be the only two books you would ever need in your life if you wanted to learn how to be both POWERFUL and very, very happy. Tracy Goss succeeds in doing what no one thought could be done.....she has taken the MOST useful and exciting teaching from the Landmark Forum and made it accessible to everyone in this fine, fine, book. Werner Erhard should be very proud of this. Her book shows you EXACTLY how to reinvent yourself, anywhere, any time, no matter what your past history was. She shows you how to gracefully step outside of all past influences on your current life and reinvent yourself anew ANY WAY YOU WANT TO BE. Most self-help books cheer you on, but don't tell you exactly what to do. Tracy Goss does it all. Read carefully, read slowly, read as if you had a life-threatening disease and THIS was the cure.

Tracy Goss writes well, her book flows well and is an eye opener to those stuck in a certain mindset. While this book speaks to mostly executives, anyone can gleen pertinent information for oneself by reading the entire book. It is importance to be open to her thought processes. Ms. Goss states that anyone can obtain their important goals if one is willing to do all that it takes, including shifting one's way of thinking. I believe!
