序言 全球海上遇险和安全系统(GMDSS)已于1992年2月1日开始实施并于1999年2月1日全面实施。为了适应GMDSS给船舶无线电人员的职责与设备配备要求及通信规则等带来的巨大变化，鉴于当前海船上的GMDSS通信业务主要依靠英语进行，我们编写了“GMDSSServices"英文教材。同时为保证广大从事海-L无线电通信的人员和在校生尽快了解和掌握GMOSS的原理、系统构成及其业务程序，巩固所学到的知识，达到适任标准规定的知识水平与操作技能，根据STCW78／95公约、《中华人民共和国海船船员适任考试、评估和发证规则》及《海船船员适任考试和评估大纲》的要求，编写了这本习题集。
