序言 This Standard is formulated according to"the Notice on theFormulation and Revision Plan of Electric Power Industry Standardin 2001"(Document No. [2001] 44) issued by the former StateEconomic and Trade Commission.

This Standard isformulatedforpromotingtheprogressanddevelopmentofvibroflotation ground treatment technology in hydropower and waterresources project, standardizing the design, construction, inspectionand acceptance of vibroflotation ground treatment project andensuring the project quality.
Appendix A of this Standard is normative, Appendix B and C areinformative.

6.1 Construction preparations
6.1.1 The construction preparations include the following contents:
1 Provide technical design statement.
2 Prepare the basic site conditions for construction, includingwater supply, power supply, access road and site leveling, and thewater and power sources shall be available 50m within theconstruction site.
3 Ascertain the surface and underground infrastructures andbarriers, and corresponding treatment measures shall be worked out.
4 Understand and analyze the geological data of the construc-tion site.
5 Acquaint with the in-situ test data and the inspection results.
6 Prepare the appropriate vibroflot and auxiliary facilities.
7 Formulate the method statement.
8 Locate the column points by survey through the controlcoordinates of building (structure).
9 The construction site should be divided into several zones, inwhich drainage ditch shall be built so as to discharge slurry in timeand meet the environmental protection requirements.6.1.2 Process trial shall be carried out at the fender columnlocations or unimportant area of the building (stmctare), and thecolumn number for process trial for a unit work shall not be lessthan 3.
