内容简介 Besides being used for soil foundation consolidation inhydropower and water resources projects, jet grouting is much morepopularly applied to prevent seepage for these projects. Comparedwith the traditional methods of foundation strengthening, constructionof jet grouted cutoff wall possesses different features andrequirements. For several years, with the great effort of engineers,many jet grouted cutoff walls have been constructed and a plenty ofexperience has been gained in construction of hydraulic structures invarious scales and under complicated geological conditions. In orderto ensure the quality of jet grouting works, this Standard isformulated in line with the characteristics of hydraulic structures.

序言 This Standard is prepared in accordance with the supplementary planfor Notice about Preparation of Electric Power Industrial Standards in1997 (Document N0.28-1998) by the former Ministry of ElectricPower.
  Jet grouting technique has been gradually popularized inconstruction field of various sectors since it was introduced intoChina in 1970s. It is widely used to strengthen soil foundation ofbuildings and to improve the bearing capacity of foundation. Somesatisfactory results have been achieved accordingly. Meanwhile, someprofessional standards have already been issued and implemented asthe guide of jet grouting construction.

文摘 7 Equipment
  7.0.1 The drilling equipment for jet grouting hole shall be capable of drilling in the construction strata separately or together with the jetpipes.
  7.0.2 Jet pipe, jet nozzle and grout deliver (also called highpressure tap) shall be with reliable sealing. They shall be easilyassembled and disassembled. Jet pipe shall be rigid and connectedsmoothly and straightly. Jet nozzle shall be precisely directed.
  7.0.3 Jet nozzle shall be made of wear resistant material, and itsoutlet diameter shall match the design pressure and flow. Structuraldimension and machining precision of jet nozzle shall satisfy therequirement of high-velocity jet.
  7.0.4 The performance of agitator shall be compatible with typeand volume of grout and be capable of ensuring the uniformity ofgrout mixing. Suitable high speed agitator should be selected.
  7.0.5 The volume of grout tank shall meet the requirement ofcontinuous grout supply during jet grouting.
  7.0.6 The performance of pumps for jet grouting (including highpressure pump) shall match the type and density of selected grout.Pressure and flow for grout pump and high pressure water pump shallmeet the construction requirement, and the nominal pressure shall benot lower than 1.2 times the design pressure.
