作者简介 Bertrand de Hartingh lived in Vietnam from 1990 to 2001, during which time he took on a number of roles, including scientific adviser and translator of National Geographic Television (Vietnam) and consultant to the Department for International Development (UK) in Vietnam. He holds a Ph.D. in Vietnamese history from the Sorbonne University, Paris, and is a recognized authority on the art, architecture and history of the region. Anna Craven-Smith-Milne first visited Vietnam in 1989 and she has lived there on and off ever since. She studied Southeast Asian History and Vietnamese culture at the School of Oriental and African Studies, London and Fine Arts at Christie's London. Luca Invernizzi Tettoni is an award-winning photographer who has lived and worked in Asia since 1973. His work has appeared in over a hundred books featuring Southeast Asia's best hotels, resorts, spas, homes, gardens and cuisine, as well as the region's fine art and culture.
